The principles we work by.

    We seek work that creates value now and makes future work faster, better or more economical. If effort increases without strengthening our capabilities, we reconsider the system.

  2. We think independently.

    No idea is protected by hierarchy, popularity or who proposed it. We challenge assumptions respectfully, offer alternatives and change our minds when reality gives us a reason.

  3. We move fast where we can recover.

    Reversible, low-risk decisions are made quickly. Consequential or difficult-to-reverse decisions receive proportionate investigation and the appropriate thinking.

  4. We preserve the vision while questioning the path.

    We commit to the mission, not to a specific technology, product, channel or plan. When strategic intent is unclear, we seek clarification rather than manufacture direction.

  5. We are original, bold and respectful.

    Creativity requires genuine perspective, experimentation and the willingness to be different. We communicate without deception, manufactured certainty or contempt.

  6. We distinguish knowledge from conviction.

    Facts require evidence. Beliefs are stated as beliefs. Uncertainty is named. When evidence is limited, we make justified, bounded bets and learn from the result.

  7. We anticipate consequences.

    We examine second- and third-order effects where the stakes justify them. We protect customer trust, financial resilience and the ability to recover.

  8. We earn autonomy.

    People and agents take responsibility for complete outcomes. Freedom to act expands with demonstrated reliability, bounded authority and accountability.

  9. We simplify relentlessly and build elegant systems.

    Complexity must earn its place. We remove unnecessary work, redundant systems and approvals that no longer serve a useful purpose.
